At Monogram Coffee, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans, but we are happy to resolve issues with equipment or apparel.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is non-perishable (equipment, brewing accessories, or apparel) and remains in its original, unused packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the reason for your return.
- 3.Ship the Item
Once authorized, securely package your item and ship it back to our Calgary roastery using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit for future coffee adventures.
